Entering Average Changes
Entering average for all participants will be the highest sanctioned winter or summer league average of 21 games or more for the past two years (2011-12 and 2012-13). Also, non-Nisei/Nikkei bowlers must have bowled 30 games in a recognized Nisei/Nikkei league to be eligible.
